Contributions & Nepotism

***Well, now it turns out, reported today by the Sun-Times, that Burris' son, Ronald II, got a job just a couple of months ago from Crazy Rod.  Ronald II got a job with a state agency in early September.  Recall, won't you, that Ronald, The Trailblazer has said that he began speaking with Crazy Rod about the Senate appt. as early as June or July and continued to be hit up to raise money thru the Fall.

Now we find out that his kid got a job with the State during the same period.  Dontcha think the fundraising asks were tied to the NEPOTISM and the Senate Seat.

He's gotta go...

***Good news for the parks from Quinn.

***The Obama announces ANOTHER multi-BILLION dollar plan, $634B over 10 years to socialize health care in the United States.  At least he is honest that this will be paid for by new taxes on the wealthy.  So, honest wealth distribution.

One way to reduce costs and to increase coverage is to allow small businesses to pool insurance to cover their employees.  This has been fought in DC at every turn.  In large part, because that would place business owners in charge of health care plans and employees in charge of their own insurance/health care decisions.  Something the Dems in DC don't want to see...

***Sens. Baucus & Kennedy want you to believe that the Dems on the Hill can take over YOUR health care and run it better than the private sector.  Sure.  Like Social Security & the Post Office too models of efficiency and accountability...
