***Oh, so this is the next business the ANTI-BUSINESS CAUCUS of the Springfield City Council wants to get rid of: drive thru windows for liquor stores. This won't do anything for anybody but the busy bodies on the City Council. The last time this issue came up, SPD said that they haven't had any extraordinary issues with drive thru liquor stores. Additionally, this will also provide ANOTHER MONOPOLY to the businesses that already have drive thru windows.
