Milton.  I know he doesn't get to pick the title of the column, but if the title is about 'working together', perhaps Milton should've included some of the steps he and the Board are going to take to work with the community.  Instead all we got was a bit about him, his 'principles' for the District and then one sentence about how he supports the District's motto of working together.  Huh?

Oh, and we received a nice, "welcome back to school" robo-call from the Supt. yesterday afternoon.  You'd almost think the guy was running for office...hmmmm...

***The Dems seem appoplectic that McCain and the GOP have set up shop in Denver to counter the Dem convention.  While the Dems are intent on a full-fledged Obama coronation, this is still a political campaign and McCain is wise to provide rapid response.  Remember, rapid response came from the Clinton's...
